Rudolph Day - July 18

Hello there,

The card that I'm sharing with  you today had been made for the 'Rudolph Day' challenge.  It's running a week late this time as lovely Mo who runs the challenge has been away on her holidays.

All of the stamps that I've used today are by Inkylicious and the only ink that I've used is Adirondack Denim.  If I had to nail it down, then creating a scene such as this is definitely my favourite sort of stamping.   When I start, I only have a vague idea of where I'm going to end up, sometime it works and sometimes it doesn't!  I'm quite pleased with how this one has turned out but I think it would have been over the top to have added a sentiment so I decided against it.  That's another one made for my Christmas Card stash.

Take care and many thanks for your visit today x

Well this one certainly worked Sandra but I kow just what you mean, the tone on tone looks super and the couple at the front draw you right into the scene.

Blue and white is always stunning and reminiscent of Willow pottery... beautiful scene. Beautifully designed and just perfect for Christmas in July. I so admire people who can get their head around cold when temperatures are high - totally beyond me, lol.

Gorgeous work, Sandra.

Great work Sandra. Loving the one colour shade - will try it! With you on the sentiment - no need as the lovely scene says it all!

Fabulous card Sandra, you have created a wonderful scene and that monochromatic blue works well. It reminds me of willow pattern! I agree about the sentiment too! Thank you for your lovely comment on my blog...so very much appreciated. Hugs xx

A stunning scene, Sandra! I love it! Those pines are perfect in the foreground! I am part way through tidying my craft space and have just got out my Inkylicious Christmas folder, so may well try something like this for next month x

It just shows you don't need lots of colours to make a gorgeous scene, and you have built this up beautifully with your Inkylicious stamps Sandra. x

This is a gorgeous winter scene. I love the way you stamped it in the blue ink. This scene has a lovely, peaceful feeling and makes a beautiful Christmas card.

I have been collecting stamps for scene making for quite some time. I wish I could find a stamping scene making club to meet up with over here on the west coast of Canada. I should check Facebook!

Thanks for taking part in the belated July Rudolph Challenge.
