Mid Month Inspiration - June 20

Hello there,

We are now half way through this month's challenge at Stamping Sensations and it's time for me to give you some mid month inspiration, so here's the card that I've made:

It features another one of my favourite stamp sets from Visible Image.  I know the moth isn't everyone's cup of tea but I find myself rather attracted to it for some reason.  The second Visible Image set that I've used on here is from 'Shining Bright.'   I really feel that these two sets work hand in hand with each other.  I've used Sandstone Brusho for my background and then added a few stamps from the VI 'Time' set.

Make It Colourful At Stamping Sensations

Hello there my crafty friends,

It's time for another new challenge over at Stamping sensations and our theme this time is 'Make It Colourful.'  Here's the card that I've made:

Unfortunately the camera has picked up some of the shine and the photo doesn't look as black in parts as it does in real life.  I started by creating a colourful background using Brushos (Starburst Lemon and Alizarin Crimson)  The stamp set that I've use is an older one by Visible Image but I just adore the gorgeous butterflies.  I stamped them using VersaFine Clair ink and then heat embossed to set the ink.  The sentiment is also from Visible Image and I think it works really well with the butterflies.
