CAS Snowman

Hi there,

I'm here to share a card with you that I've made for this month's challenge over at the 'CAS Christmas Card' challenge and their theme this time is 'Snowman.'  Here's the card that I've made:

I started by stamping the snowman by Inkadinkado in VersaMark ink, then I heat embossed it using white embossing powder.  Next, I used a stencil by Inkylicious and sponged white ink around the inside to create the bauble shape before creating the snow using a mountain stencil.  I then used a little Distress ink to colour his hat and scarf.  As this is a CAS challenge, I had intended to leave it there but I felt that it looked too bare, so I used a poinsettia stencil to add just a little extra interest.

I'll see you again tomorrow with another CI sample from the shows last week, so until then, take care and stay safe xx

This is gorgeous sandra and I love the addition of the embossing folder used around the outside of the card.

Beautiful CAS snowman card, Sandra! Love the soft white stenciling and coloring, which really looks like snow. The snowman in the glass bauble looks so cute, and the embossed poinsettia adds just right amount of interest to the background. Thank you so much for sharing this beauty at CAS Christmas!
